ridgewing guitars

Scott Lumsden took care of all electronics and software for the Ridgewing development prototypes. Previous to working at Ridgewing, Scott worked for several years on big cruise ships managing all of their entertainment tech support. Back on land, he answered a Craigslist ad Ridgewing had placed, got hired, and quickly earned himself the job title of “Q”, which was put on his Ridgewing business card. Give him a suggestion for some widget on a Friday, and Monday morning Scott would come in with two different working prototypes he had made over the weekend to compare.

Scott’s first commercial electronics project was designing the Ridgewing Rev 1 bridge pre-amp electronics package. After months of work, all of the components for Ridgewing Serial #1 were completed and assembled together into a guitar. Scott mated it with his PCB, and it was good.
