Nate cleaning up a fresh new grill

Finishing a freshly molded carbon-fiber grill is a chore, with 180 holes between all the tendrils all needing to be individually cleaned up with an X-Acto knife and carbide de-burring tool. This has to be done right after the grill comes out of the mold because the epoxy is not fully cured and has a slight leathery character, making it relatively easy to cut, as demonstrated by Nate enjoying the afternoon sun on the lawn in front of the shop and going at it without safety glasses or gloves. By the next day, the epoxy is fully cured into a hard brittle state that throws chips and cuts fingers when razor edge cutting tools are put to it, and there are no smiles to be had.
